JOSEF WEISS (1864-1945) He was one of Liszt pupils, Weiss is best known for his recording of Liszt’s 12th Hungarian Rhapsody. He made a number of other 78s for Anker and German Parlophone. He also recorded Beethoven sonata Op.31 No.3. and Adagio from Beethoven's Emperor Concerto, in which he is accompanied by Karl Stabernack.
